At Tutto Tavola, we often say everything good begins the same way — around a table, with family.

Our inspiration comes from the story of an old olive tree that stood on a hillside in southern Italy, 

where generations of families gathered each fall to harvest its fruit. 

The olives were pressed into oil so golden and fragrant, it became a symbol of home — 

something that connected everyone, no matter how far they’d gone.

Our own family may not have grown up on that same hillside, but we carry that same spirit in our hearts. 

The olive reminds us that food is more than something to eat — it’s what brings people together, 

it’s patience, tradition, and love passed down through the years.

Every dish we serve, every drizzle of olive oil, carries that story — of old roots meeting new soil. 

Here in Riverview, our kitchen is our family’s olive tree. 

It’s where we gather, share, argue, laugh, and celebrate. 

And just like that tree, we hope what we create here endures — 

growing stronger with each generation that comes to the table.

Because to us, the olive isn’t just an ingredient.
It’s a reminder that the best things in life — like good food and family — 

take time, care, and a little sunshine.
